About the Bishops
We are Adam & Marie Bishop. Adam serves as Associate Pastor of Buck Run Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY. Marie serves as the manager of the Bishop home. We have two boys, Connor (9) and Charles (4). Obtaining the Inheritance 
Hey Marie! I had no idea you guys were adopting. My sister, Jennifer and brother-in-law adopted a precious baby girl last year from China. They got her right before Christmas, just had their one year adoption date this past week. It was a difficult road for them also. Rinnah will be three in March and since they have gotten her, she has progressed quickly. She is so funny and has adjusted to everything, including two older brothers and a sister, no to mention lots of rowdy cousins. She truly is a miracle! I wish you guys the best and will keep you all in my prayers. I will send your information to Jennifer, as I am sure they would have words of encouragement for you guys. I wish you safe travels and the miracle of your own precious child to bring back with you!

could you possibly mention the address of the Christian get-together (and how to get there) on your blog?
There are a lot of Christians going over for adoption, feeling lonely during the long waits in Kiev. It would be great for them to know a place where they can go for worship.

This is unreal. I have your husbands cell number in my phone. I just about called him this morning due to our son’s health. We brought along our 9 year old who was struggling a bit with bronchitis before we left. It is such a small world. I had no idea you guys were the friends Jonathan had mentioned to us! We are in Kiev a couple more days. Our last SDA appointment is tomorrow.

I found you through a third party. I have a friend who just adopted in Uganda and another who is working toward that. My own daughter will be in Europe this summer working at an orphanage with her husband as missionaries. I am praying for you all and will keep up with your postings on the adoption.
